On Stage Entertainment Form

Thank you for visiting our Hometown Days Entertainment page!  We are currently full but would be happy to take your information  in case of a cancellation or to have for next year.

Hometown Days Entertainment takes place on two separate stages, the “blacktop” and the “grassy field”. Numerous entertainment slots run on Saturdays from approximately 10:45am - 9pm and on Sundays from approximately 11:30am - 4:45pm. If you would like to be a part of the 30th Anniversary of Hometown Days Entertainment, please provide us with the following information:. (All groups/individuals, and requests, will be taken into consideration but are not guaranteed!)
