General Rules Booth spaces are 10’ by 10’ for a single space and 10’ by 20’ for a double space. There is no space provided surrounding your booth so storage is not allowed in-between, behind, or around your booth. If you prefer to set up a covering or canopy over your space, then the poles need to be protected, so not to dent the hardwood floor. This will allow you temporary parking access to Burton Park to unload your equipment. Check-in Information Hometown Days Marketplace is open for business from 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Please do not take your booth down until 5:00 p.m. on Sunday. Set-up begins on Saturday between 6:00-8:00 a.m. ALL vendors will use the LOADING ZONE on Cedar Street. The physical address of Burton Park is 1017 Cedar Street, San Carlos, CA 94070. Please check-in with the Marketplace Chair and get your map to see where your booth is located. There will be no changes made to the map by the vendors unless permission is granted by the Marketplace Chair. You will also get your LOADING ZONE PERMIT from the Marketplace Chair. Immediately put your permit inside your car on the dashboard. This will allow you to leave your vehicle to deliver items to your booth. The San Carlos police will have a copy of authorized vehicles. All others may be towed at the owner’s expense. Handcarts/dollies will not be provided. Please unload all supplies from your vehicle and set your booth up after you are done unloading and have moved and parked your car elsewhere. AGAIN DO NOT leave your car in the Loading Zone area while you are setting up your entire booth! This is necessary because each booth is liable as an individual. Your coverage should include any lost, stolen or damaged items, as well as liability coverage for customers.
